Restaurant: Shpua and Vjeter.

Balkans Much?  Me neither.  Well, that was true until I moved to the Kosovo and began to fall head over heels for the traditional eats found throughout the region.  And, my parents, being first timers in the Balkans, needed some exposure to a few of my favorites.
So we hit up, Shpua and Vjeter -- a lovely traditional restaurant located in a renovated Ottoman Empire building.  Perfect for cuisine and perfect for an authentic ambiance.
