Russian Tea.

Made in a stacking tea pot, this tasty liquid gem has become quite popular in Kosovo.
Fill the bottom pot with water and bring to a boil.
Fill top pot with concentrated black tea and stack on the water pot.
The tea will heat with steam from the boiling water.
Allow tea concentrate to heat for ten minutes, combine a bit of tea with a little more water.
Traditionally served in a little glass like the one shown with a spoonful of sugar and a lemon slice.
