Go Green!

I'm just really glad that there are University of Michigan students graduating this year who have gone their whole college careers without ever witnessing the Wolverines defeat the Spartans in a football game.

I am also really glad that I got to see the Spartans beat the Wolverines (not only in dress...I mean what were those sick shoulder stripes?!) all the way in Prishtina, Kosovo.

And I dragged some good spirited friends to the bar, 91, with me. Within this group, we have 7 reps from the Big Ten! Feels kind of like Colorado.

And I allowed one enemy to go as well...don't worry, we're friends again.

And lastly, I met a fellow Spartan.

Happy Independence Day, Kosovo!

I never would have guessed that one day a "Happy Independence Day, Kosovo! Party" would be thrown in my honor ... not in a million crazy years.

I mean, has anyone, in their entire life, ever thought that?

The night, February 18, was truly a night of celebrating and loving Kosovo, but mostly, for me, it was a night of realizing that I have some kick-butt friends right here in Denver. And I think I'll really love Kosovo, but I think I'll really miss this life too.

Deuce sign throw up to Kari and Brian for hosting the party -- you are the best home skillets a girl could ask for!
